1.Who we are
Bloomvox is a growth agency for founder-led businesses, based in Washington, United States. We run bloomvox.com and the client portal at my.bloomvox.com, and we're responsible for the personal information described here. Questions or requests: hello@bloomvox.com.
2.Information we collect
When you request a Bloomprint or send us a question, we collect what you enter: your name, email, website, what you sell, your goal, an optional LinkedIn profile and your message, plus whether you'd like occasional emails from us.
To prepare a Bloomprint we look up public information about your business: your website, public search results, your public Google Business Profile and public profile pages linked from your site or found in search. We don't sign in to any account to do this, and we don't collect anything that isn't publicly available.
When you buy a service we collect your business details, billing contact and the answers to our short qualification questions. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Clients using the portal share the material we work with: interviews, approvals, content, and data from accounts you choose to connect. Our hosting providers also process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the service and prevent abuse.
3.How we use it
We use your information to prepare and send your Bloomprint, answer your questions, decide whether a service is a fit, set up and run the work you buy, bill you, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations.
If you opt in, we send occasional ideas on growing a founder-led business. You can unsubscribe from any of them at any time. Asking for a Bloomprint doesn't sign you up on its own.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for cross-site advertising.
4.AI and automation
We use AI tools behind the scenes to speed up research, drafting and reporting. Your information is sent to those providers only to do that work for you, under terms that don't allow them to train their models on it. People make the strategy and creative decisions, and nothing is published in your name without your approval.
6.Storage and retention
We keep Bloomprint requests and inquiries for up to two years, then delete them unless you've become a client. Client records are kept for the length of our work together and up to seven years afterwards for tax and legal reasons. Account connections are removed when you disconnect them or when our work ends. Data is stored in the United States.
7.Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@bloomvox.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. We'll answer within 30 days.
9.Children
Bloomvox is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10.Changes and contact
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell clients about significant changes before they take effect. Contact: hello@bloomvox.com.
