6.Terms, plainly

• $2,500 a month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe from the day you start.
• Month to month. Renews automatically each month.
• Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
• Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we can't start your service.

7.How we work

First content. First content is ready for your approval within 10 business days of receiving everything on the onboarding list: intake, assets and working access. Missing items pause that clock.

Monthly rhythm. Week 1 intake and research, week 2 production, week 3 your approval and scheduling, week 4 review and next month's plan. We send each month's batch for approval by the 10th business day of the month.

Approvals. Nothing is published without your approval of the exact version. Please respond within 2 business days; later approvals move the publishing dates. To publish within a month, approvals are needed 5 business days before it ends.

How deliverables count. A deliverable counts once we've sent it for approval. If your approval arrives late, it can still be published the following month; after that it lapses. There's no rollover beyond one month.

If we fall short. If we miss a deliverable for our own reasons, it's tracked separately and made up in full the following month, or credited, at your choice.

Missed interviews. A missed interview can be replaced by a voice note or written briefing, so the month's writing goes ahead.

Pausing. Pauses are possible by written agreement, for an agreed period. There's no automatic pause.

If you leave. You receive an export of your approved content and files we created for you, we hand back or remove all account access, revoke our connections, and delete or retain your data as the Privacy Policy describes.

Platform outages. If a social platform or tool fails, we log it, retry where it's safe, never publish twice, and tell you. Delays caused by outages don't count against either of us.

No guarantees. We don't guarantee leads, revenue, reach or platform uptime. We commit to delivering the scope well and reporting honestly on what we can measure.
